      <image:title>Our Vision - The NBC Way.</image:title>
<image:caption>We believe in several Biblical truths. One, the Bible is the spoken word of God. 2 Timothy 3:15-17 clearly states that All scripture is given by inspiration of God. At NBC we believe this and it shows in our loving and giving nature. Two, we believe in the salvation of man through the blood of Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Salvation is not received by works or deeds. It is only received as a gift from God who gives it freely. One must repent of their sins and faithfully follow Jesus Christ. This renewal is akin to a new birth. The renewing of the Holy Spirit, being justified by grace through faith, one becomes an heir of God, according to the hope of eternal life. John 3:3 states Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God and this is a scripture we accept to the truth. Three, The Baptism in the Holy Spirit. At NBC we believe that all believers are entitled to and should passionately expect and sincerely seek the promise of the Father. This includes the baptism in the Holy Spirit and fire, according to the command of our Lord Jesus Christ. The early Christian Church experienced this with regularity. In fact it was the normal experience of all in the early church. With it comes the enduement of power for life and service, the bestowment of the gifts and their uses in the work of the ministry. Acts 1:8 reads But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you, and we at NBC believe in the power of the Holy Spirit. — Bill Webb Jr. Executive Pastor, Mentor</image:caption>
